I am pleasantly surprised in retrospect at the playability of the parts for this score, as all of the instruments, besides the flugelhorn, were new to me at the time of writing this piece, and as this grouping of instruments is unusual, it was very difficult to find relevant repertoire to study.

Unfortunately, although I managed to write and complete this work in a short amount of time, the group was rather disorganised, and so after 5 months of nagging to get a recording of the piece they had requested, I was forced to resort to digital plugins to perform the piece.
